This store keeps as little as it can. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies on this site.

When you buy

Stripe takes your payment. We receive your email address, the amount and a payment reference, and keep them so your download link works and so we can handle refunds. We never receive your card details.

When you download

We note when a download starts and for which computer, so we can limit sharing and see which builds people use.

When you send a bug report

We keep what you write, the file you attach and any screenshot. A session demo contains a copy of your ABYSS save as the session began and what you did in the game: keys, mouse, controller and any text you typed or pasted into it. It never contains your screen, microphone or other files.

Email

We email you your download link, and send it again when you ask. We use Postmark to deliver these messages. We don't send newsletters.

Where it lives

The store runs on Cloudflare. Purchases and reports are stored there; payments are processed by Stripe.

Your choices

Write to support@escapeemployment.com to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted. We keep payment records as long as tax law requires.
