Refund policy

If ABYSS isn't for you, or it won't run on your computer, email support@escapeemployment.com within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms.

Write from the address you paid with, or include it, so we can find your purchase. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

After 14 days, write to us anyway if something is wrong. We'll do what's fair.

A refunded purchase loses its download access. The copy you already downloaded is yours to delete.
